EFI Logistics are appointed as official freight forwarder, customs agent and on-site materials handling company for IDF 2025 in Bangkok.
We are here to help you move your materials in and out of the show as well as any shipping requirements from anywhere around the world. Please see below a list of services we can offer for this event as well as all relevant booking forms & shipping information. Services available to all IDF 2025 Exhibitors, Sponsors, Suppliers and Contractors:

Door to stand shipping service for exhibitors & stand fitters, tracked every step of the way with photographic notifications along route as well as upon final delivery to your stand.
Including on-site support in case of any issues/ last minute requirements.

Advanced warehouse. Deliver your show materials to us before the show and we will store them at our secure warehouse before delivering them to your stand at the show ready for your arrival/ set up.

Customs clearance including use of our customs bond which allows us to clear temporary import equipment for a show as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Complete on-site handling services - Unloading of material by forklift truck, secondary lifting/ positioning of exhibits within the exhibition area, storage and return of empty packaging materials (exhibitors & stand contractors).

You MUST use the official CIPL for shipping to IDF 2025. Our customs agents have agreed import terms with Thai customs based on this format.

Controlled Goods in Thailand
Some items require licensing in Thailand before entry for display at an exhibition.
These include: Electric Appliance (such as TV, lighting, etc.), Food & Beverage, Radio Equipment, Medical Equipment, Medicine, Motorbikes, Toys
If you plan to ship any of these items, please contact EFI Logistics AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and in plenty of time before you ship to Thailand.
