Door to stand shipping for exhibitors & contractors, tracked every step of the way via the EFI APP.

Event-specific customs clearance, use of our customs bond to enable temporary importation

Complete on-site handling services -
Unloading of material by forklift truck, secondary lifting/ positioning of equipment, storage and return of empty packaging materials (exhibitors & stand contractors). -
Heavy/ Specialist lifting, working with the exhibitors to plan the unloading & positioning of heavy, oversized exhibits. Our team complete a full risk assessment to determine the safest time for the lift to take place.

Traffic management - Complete event traffic management service including vehicle scheduling, marshalling of the event area & issuing of vehicle passes.

EFI Logistics were one of the first companies in the event logistics industry to design and create our own freight application: the EFI App.
Service-led updates are at the forefront of our customer service.
Our teams provide our customers with up to date information on the status of their shipment, including a photograph of their shipment right up to showsite.
We've been told time and time again by exhibitors how comforting it is to receive an image of their freight safely delivered to the stand while they are still travelling to the show.
